We work exclusively with QuickBooks Online. If you're not currently using QuickBooks Online but are willing to switch, we can discuss what getting started would look like.

What does monthly bookkeeping include?

We categorize transactions, reconcile your accounts, check for missing or duplicate transactions, review your financial statements, and send you your reports along with our observations.You'll also have responsive communication when questions come up.

What if I'm behind on my bookkeeping?

That's okay.We'll review where your books currently stand and determine what catch-up or cleanup work is needed. We'll provide a separate quote for that work before beginning ongoing bookkeeping.

No. We intentionally keep our service focused on bookkeeping and financial reporting.We don't provide payroll, accounts payable, or accounts receivable services.

Do you prepare tax returns?

No. We don't provide tax preparation or tax consulting.Our job is to keep your books current and organized so you have accurate financial information to provide to your tax professional.

Pricing depends on the volume and complexity of your books.We consider factors such as the number of accounts, transaction volume, loans, and other bookkeeping activity before providing your monthly price.If setup, catch-up, or cleanup is required, that work is quoted separately.

Do we have to meet every month?

No.We don't believe in putting another meeting on your calendar just to have a meeting.We'll review your financials and share our observations. When there's something worth discussing—or you have questions—we can talk through it together.

What is the 60-Day Satisfaction Guarantee?

We want you to feel comfortable with the person taking care of your books.If you're not satisfied during your first 60 days, we'll refund your money subject to the terms of our agreement.
